Bathroom glass

All kinds of water-retaining armoured glass, produced in
the Company, have passed the inspection of national
authorities and the quality of which is stable and reliable.

01/PERFORMANCE
Bathroom armoured glass refers that the floating glass is heated till
melting and then cooled rapidly by air so that the glass surface is
equally loaded. It is equipped with favorable thermo-stability.

02/MERITS
Safety: When glass is impacted, it is not easy to break. If
broken, the fragments look like the bee nests. 
High strength: Compared with the floating glass of the
same thickness, the strength of anti-impaction is 3-5
times higher. Compared with common glass of the same
thickness, its thermo-stability is 3-5 times higher and its
temperature range is 220℃-250 ℃.
iHigh intensity: Compared with common glass of the same
thickness, its flexibility is 3-4 times higher. When loaded, the
maximum tension does not locate on the surface of glass
whereas on the center.

03/APPLICATIONS
Applied in the shower rooms at home or in the hotels, apartments, etc.

04/CONTROLLABLE SIZE
External and hole diameters are within ±1mm and 0.5mm respectively.
Circle curve is ≤3%. Provide colorful painting as stipulated.
